Tiffany brings experience to the table

Tiffany has practiced law since 2005. Prior to joining the Vinje Law Firm, she was a partner at Pearce & Durick, a Bismarck law firm. Tiffany has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses and political subdivisions in discrimination cases.  She has given several presentations regarding state and federal discrimination laws and assists businesses in developing anti-discrimination policies and procedures.    In addition to representing individuals or businesses, she has served as a mediator for the North Dakota Department of Labor to help parties mediate discrimination disputes and conducted internal investigations of discrimination allegations for private and public entities. 

Tiffany is admitted to practice law in North Dakota; the U.S. District Court, District of North Dakota; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Tiffany has served as a Fee Arbitrator for the North Dakota State Bar Association since 2011.

In her personal life, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, playing tennis, and hiking.
